Review & Reputation Management
Automated review requests, monitoring across every platform that matters, and response handling that protects the rating you worked for.
What’s included
Every reputation management engagement covers these as standard.
- Automated review requests
- Multi-platform monitoring
- Response drafting and escalation
- Review widgets and schema
Your rating is the first filter.
Your star rating is the single most visible number attached to your business. It shows up in the map pack, in ads, in AI answers and on your own site — and most buyers filter you out or in before they read a single word of your copy.
The businesses winning on reviews are not lucky. They have a system: every completed job triggers a request at the right moment, through the channel that customer actually uses, pointed at the platform that matters most for their category. Steady, month after month.
We build that system, then handle the part most owners dread — responding. Every review, good or bad, gets a reply that sounds like a person. Negative reviews get a calm, public, non-defensive response and a private path to resolution, because how you handle one bad review is read by everyone who comes after it.
Reputation work becomes the priority in situations like these:
The system we install.
Requests, monitoring, responses and display — running whether or not anyone remembers to ask.
Automated review requests
SMS and email requests triggered by job completion or appointment, timed for when satisfaction peaks.
Multi-platform monitoring
Google, Facebook, Yelp, industry directories and healthcare platforms watched daily with alerts on anything under four stars.
Response drafting
Every review answered in your voice, with escalation paths for anything that needs an owner’s attention.
Negative review playbook
A calm public response, a private resolution route, and removal requests filed where a review violates platform policy.
On-site review display
Live review widgets and aggregate rating schema so your stars can appear in search results.
Reporting on velocity & rating
Monthly view of new reviews, average rating, response rate and how you compare to your three nearest competitors.
Rebuilding a rating.
Velocity does the heavy lifting. A steady stream beats a burst, and looks honest to both platforms and buyers.
Audit & baseline
Current rating, review count, velocity and platform spread — benchmarked against the competitors beating you in the map pack.
Build the request engine
Connect your CRM or scheduling system, write the sequences, and set the timing and platform routing.
Monitor & respond
Daily monitoring, drafted responses within one business day, and immediate escalation on anything serious.
Display & compound
Reviews surfaced on the site with schema, velocity maintained, and the rating defended month over month.
Reputation Management FAQ
Can you remove a bad review?
Only if it violates the platform’s policy — fake, off-topic, conflict of interest, or containing prohibited content. We file those and they do sometimes come down. A genuine unhappy customer’s review is not removable, and the right move there is a good public response plus enough new reviews to move the average.
Is it against the rules to ask for reviews?
Asking is fine and Google encourages it. What is not allowed is incentivizing reviews, gating them so only happy customers get the link, or writing them yourself. We build the request system fully inside platform policy, which also protects you from a review purge later.
How many reviews should we be getting?
Enough to stay competitive in your category and to look natural — for most local businesses that means a steady handful every month rather than a burst. We set a target based on what the top three in your map pack are doing.
Do reviews affect rankings?
Yes. Review count, rating, velocity and keyword content in reviews all feed local prominence, which is a core map pack factor. They also lift click-through on every listing you appear in, which compounds the effect.
What a strong rating amplifies.
Every channel below converts better once the stars underneath it improve.
