01The problem

Three businesses get the map pack. Everyone else scrolls.

Three businesses get the map pack. Everyone else fights for scraps below it. Local SEO is the work of becoming one of those three for every neighborhood you actually want customers from.

Map pack ranking is driven by three things Google weighs constantly: relevance, distance and prominence. You cannot move your building, but you can absolutely move the other two — and most local businesses have never seriously tried. Their Google Business Profile has one category, four photos, no products, no services listed, and a description written in 2019.

We work the whole local stack: profile optimization and posting cadence, category and service structuring, citation consistency across the directories that still matter, review velocity, geo-relevant landing pages, and local link signals. Then we track it with geo-grid scans so you can see your visibility fade in or out block by block instead of guessing from your own phone.

Local SEO is usually the first thing we recommend for businesses like these:

Service businesses that live and die by the map pack
Practices with multiple DFW locations
Businesses that just moved, rebranded or changed their phone number
Anyone outranked by a competitor two suburbs away
02What you get

Everything inside a local program.

Profile, data, content, reviews and links — the four signals that move map rank, plus the tracking to prove it.

01

Google Business Profile rebuild

Categories, services, products, attributes, service areas, hours, description, photos and a weekly post schedule.

02

Geo-grid rank tracking

A visual map of where you rank across a grid of points around your location — the only honest way to measure local visibility.

03

Citation audit & cleanup

Duplicate listings removed, NAP inconsistencies corrected, and the core aggregator data fixed at the source.

04

Location & service-area pages

Genuinely useful pages for each city you serve — not a hundred doorway pages with the city name swapped.

05

Review velocity system

Automated requests timed to the moment a customer is happiest, so reviews arrive steadily instead of in suspicious bursts.

06

Local link & mention building

Chambers, associations, local sponsorships, community pages and supplier directories that carry real local weight.

03How it works

How a map position gets taken.

Scan, clean, build, compound. The last phase is the one competitors abandon.

Local visibility scan

We map your current position across a grid of DFW points and compare it against the three competitors eating your share.

Profile & data cleanup

Google Business Profile rebuilt, duplicate and wrong listings killed, name-address-phone data made consistent everywhere.

Build local relevance

Service and city pages, embedded local content, schema, photos and posts that tie your business to the places you serve.

Compound prominence

Reviews, local links and engagement signals built month over month — the part competitors give up on.

04Questions

Local SEO & Google Business Profile FAQ

Why do I rank at my office but not five miles away?

Because distance is a ranking factor and most businesses have not built enough relevance and prominence to overcome it. That is exactly the gap local SEO closes — geo-grid tracking shows you the current radius, and the work widens it.

Do I need a physical address to rank locally?

You need a valid address for verification, but service-area businesses can hide it and still rank across a defined radius. We set it up correctly either way, including which service areas to list and how many.

How many reviews do I need?

Enough to be credible against the businesses currently in the map pack — usually within striking distance of the top three in your category. Velocity matters as much as total. Ten reviews a month for a year beats a hundred reviews in one week, which looks bought.

Can you fix a suspended Google Business Profile?

Often, yes. Suspensions usually trace back to a policy issue — a keyword-stuffed business name, a virtual office, a category mismatch. We diagnose the cause, correct it and file the reinstatement.

See your real visibility map.

We will run a geo-grid scan for your primary service keyword across your service area and send you the heat map. It usually shows a radius far smaller than owners expect.
