Speed to lead is the cheapest win you have.
Most businesses lose more leads to slow follow-up than to bad marketing. A lead that gets a response in five minutes converts dramatically better than one answered the next morning — and nobody staffs for five minutes at 9pm on a Saturday.
That is the kind of problem automation actually solves. We build the systems that catch a lead the second it arrives, qualify it, route it to the right person, and keep following up until someone responds — without your team touching anything.
Beyond intake, we build the internal tools that quietly eat hours every week: the report someone rebuilds by hand every Monday, the data re-typed between two systems, the proposal assembled from five documents. These are unglamorous projects with obvious returns, and they are usually cheaper to build than people expect.
Automation projects tend to pay for themselves fastest in these cases:
What we build for you.
Intake, routing, internal tooling and reporting — scoped to the work your team actually repeats.
AI chat & voice intake
Agents that answer, qualify and book — trained on your services, your pricing rules and your scheduling constraints.
Instant lead response
Every form, call and message triggers a reply in under a minute, with escalating follow-up until someone engages.
CRM & workflow automation
Systems connected end to end so data stops being re-typed and nothing falls through a gap between tools.
Custom internal tools
Small purpose-built applications for the recurring manual process that is costing your team hours every week.
Reporting dashboards
Live dashboards pulling from ads, analytics, call tracking and your CRM into one view your whole team can read.
Content & ops automation
Drafting, repurposing, tagging, transcription and routing workflows that cut production time without cutting quality.
How a build gets scoped.
We watch the real process before we automate it, because the documented process is rarely the real one.
Map the workflow
We sit with the people doing the task and document what actually happens — which is usually not what the process document says.
Scope the highest-return build
We start with the automation that saves the most hours or captures the most leads, not the most impressive demo.
Build & pilot
A working version in front of real users quickly, with a human in the loop until it earns the right to run unattended.
Deploy & maintain
Full rollout, team training, monitoring and ongoing tuning as your process changes.
AI Development & Automation FAQ
Will an AI agent sound like a robot to my customers?
Only if it is built lazily. We script tone and boundaries carefully, keep the agent narrow in scope, and hand off to a human the moment a conversation goes outside what it should handle. Done properly, most callers cannot tell — and they get an answer at 11pm instead of a voicemail.
What does a custom build cost?
Small automations start in the low four figures. A full intake agent with CRM integration and scheduling is typically a mid four-figure to low five-figure build plus a monthly maintenance fee. We scope and quote before anything starts.
Do we need to change our CRM?
Usually not. We build around what you already use whenever it has an API. We will only recommend a change if the current system genuinely blocks the outcome you want.
Is our data secure?
We architect for least-privilege access, keep credentials in your accounts, and avoid sending sensitive records to third-party models unless there is a documented reason and an appropriate agreement in place. For medical and legal clients we scope around their compliance requirements from the start.
What automation feeds.
Faster response makes every lead source above it worth more per lead.
Tell us what your team does twice a week.
Describe the process that eats the most hours or loses the most leads. We will tell you on the call whether it is worth automating, roughly what it costs, and what it would save.
